Smoking as of the beginning of 2008 was outlawed in IL in all public places including bars and all restaurants. I jumped for joy when I heard this. HAHAHAHAHAHA something finally was done that I actually like in this stupid a$$ country.

I know smoking is being used in child custody cases some times. Not all judges are buying it, though. I think the general consensus is that people marry their match, so if your ex is a lunatic, you probably aren't far behind. (That is what a friend of ours - a judge in family courts - told us.)
