    Childhood Crush...?

How often does dating your childhood crush happen... This guy i met like over 7 years ago i had a huge crush on him and now its back to present day re meeting after all those years aand now we are a couple. is that normal? and if so does it mean something? I think i will just get more hurt if it does end because of how much we have in common. We get along amazing as friends. does that mean there is a good chance it will last?

I don't know but it would be nice if it happened to me. I still think of my "crush". Nothing about lasting is written in stone. It could last or not...but that has nothing to do with your past 7 years ago.

I think its sweet. Now, stop psyching yourself out worrying about what may never come to pass. You could get hit by a bus tomorrow, do you worry about that too?

Yes, friendship is a good basis for a relationship. But there are no guarantees to anything, if you want it to work then you have to work at it just like everyone else.
