If we can define day as a 24h-period my personal record is 9:
2 saturday night having sex with my g/f
1 very early sunday morning with my g/f
2 more rounds of sex with my g/f after waking up for real
2 more before she left that afternoon (knowing we would not see each other for 3 1/2 weeks)
2 with my own hand on Sunday evening after she left (knowing ...)

I've also once managed 6 in 5 hours with a one night stand. 3 times inside the condom, 3 times in her mouth.

Of course, this is all paled by my g/f's orgasmic abilities. 5-6 in one love making session (of 5-10 minutes) is pretty average. In a longer session (20 or so minutes - ain't no stop watch around) she regularly has like 15-20 and sometimes even more than 20 orgasms (we once counted for fun but stopped after 25 obviously being too taken up by something else).
