Actually, I read about this. Even if you wash your hands, there is still a small amount left (VERY small), but think of the size of a sperm cell, and the crevices in your fingers (between the fingerprints, scars, small folds, etc). And technically it takes like four or five days for all the sperm to completely die.

Of course this is REALLY deep scientific. So if you're asking for the same reason I think you're asking (worried about getting pregnant if a once com-covered hand/finger enters someone's vagina) the answer is no.

Just remember it's your body and your young so don't do anything you don't want and you don't have to do this stuff just to keep a guy.
