How do I let her know I'm interested in her?

So I'm kind of continuing my question from the last post I made in regards to a Co-Worker/Client female that I fancy.

Even though the majority of people have said not to do so, I wanted to see more whether she might be interested in me. I've noticed that in a few meetings we've had, she seems to be somewhat giving a few signs of interests. Such as always smiling, playing with her hair, and sometimes making me stay longer for other things. But I'm not sure if this is her way to get stuff done for her or just that's the way she is.

Anyways, here's my question, what signals should I give to her to let her know I'm interested? I want to see where this goes and to see if in fact she is interested in me and go from there, and decide if I should ask her out. I know I should just try to be straight forward and ask her, but I want to make sure before I might make things more awkward.

Don't give her signals that you are interested. Establish a common interest with her (E.g. movies) then use it to get her number (E.g You'll message her when you find a DVD you're both interested in). Then talk to her outside of work so the two of you develop an outside of workplace connection / relationship. Take it from there.
