Hello everyone, I clicked through 23 google pages before I found a civilized (not full of ignorant and insulting wise-cracks) forum to join. I am a hopeless romantic and look forward to reading threads from real people about their world of love, romance, and sexual concerns.

OK, I am 53 years young, my name is James and I am an electronic troubleshooter specialist. What brought me to this site is part research and part curiosity because I am the owner/ author of a romantic web site; kissoftheromantic.com. It is because my wife is such a giving and loving spouce that I have become a hopeless romantic. She's the best!

Your story reminds me of Michael Webb.. I still have his book somewhere, I should really put it somewhere I could find it, it's how it all began.. 101 Romantic Things to do.. (of Ideas) something like that.. it's been a while..

Wow, Michael Webb, I have several of his e-books, great stuff! Giving back to other young people is what I strive to do. Life is way too short to spend it unhappy and unfullfiled. This forum is the perfet alternative to quizzing people on the street about their love life, don't you think?

No, I haven't gone through alot of this forum but it does feel like a civilized sort of group from what I have viewed. Then again wise cracks are one thing but I like the ground rules this site has laid out. But how bad can you be if you have been thanked 107 times in 88 posts. Seems to me you fancy yourself as a bad boy but in reality......

So.... how long have you been aware of your romantic leanings? Were you in love with your kindergarten teacher, perhaps? Were you one of those rare boys that prefer Valentine's Day to Halloween?

I guess I've always been prone to strong feelings toward the girls as they came and went, but it took alot of maturing and my wifes' never-failing giving nature to show me that I must actually start to do something to keep this gem in my life. Romance and a reciprical giving nature is the natural result of her attitude. Boys and girls take note; thoughtfulness and a loving nature will get you all the nookie and anything else you want from your partner, fun, laughter, dates, and happiness! Sounds sappy but it really works. As for my teacher, 8th grade art class, wow, I broke into a sweat at just the sight of her.
