does anybody use one of these things. i finally broke down and bought one today and tried it.

yes. it is so nice. i recommend it if you have sinus and allergy problems.

well you have to get a good position. you have to lower your head so the water doesn't try to go down your throat. but you can breath through your mouth. i also like to swim so i'm comfortable in water.
it feels so good. even my mood has lightened because my breathing is better.baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.

oh ok, i know what you're talking about. my sister uses that when she has a stuffed nose. i guess that it works because i still see it around the house.

the thing is wonderful. i've used it 3 times and still feel like i have mountains of gunk sitting up in my sinuses.
i can even see better and don't need my glasses as much.baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.

There's a lot of over the counter nasal sprays that will do similar things as well.
Haven't tried any but my dad uses them a lot and seems to like them.

oh yeah as for the drowning feeling. i get allergies so bad that i wake up and i literally feel like i'm suffocating. that feeling is much worse.

Consumers... I wouldn't buy anything like that for just a minor nose closure... If I got the serious flu, then there is proper medicine for it. Otherwise, I just breathe some water and wash my nostrils deeply, every morning.Don't expect anything.

i use it once a day in the shower.
