    Health - Important Tips

    Answer the phone by LEFT ear

    Do not drink coffee TWICE a day

    Do not take pills with COOL water

    Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm

    Reduce the amount of TEA you consume

    Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume

    Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night

    Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS

    Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time

    Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6amin the morning

    Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping

    When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times

    still.. in reference to your other thread on the benefits on drinking water on an empty stomach, i don't really see a difference in that. i have studied nutrition and what not, and it's like you're telling me that i should only breath when i'm not hungry. the body is in constant need of water, and i don't see how regulating it to certain times of the day or along certain guidelines is really all that beneficial to your body. if anything, water is like air, the more you have, the better that you will be in the long run.

    Would you mind elaborating on this point?
    While not "huge" I often have big evening meals since I want to bulk up a bit to reach optimal BMI, and as I dont have time for much of a lunch I cook plenty for dinner and have a workout before tucking in.

    It's not like your body follows whatever time zone you happen to be in and once you hit 5pm it says "NO MORE FOOD!!"

    I've always heard not to eat huge meals less than 2-3 hours before you go to bed. I usually go to bed around 11 so I try to eat around 8 or 8:30, but no later than 9. For you, Lipp, you definitely don't want your last big meal to be at 5. That'd be anywhere up to 12-16 hours without any fuel for your body. And you don't want your body to go into a catabolic state if you're trying to gain muscle.

    Evolution didn't create 3-meals per day, society did. Your body works best when it gets a steady supply of food, which is why it's best to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, eating every 3 hours.
