Most LDR's (and I speak from experience) end because you have little-to-no physical contact with the other person.

Sounds like you call/txt/IM/email her too much. The only way for her to miss you is if you're not constantly bugging her! You can't *make* her miss you but you can certainly make her NOT miss you if you're always naggin.

LDRs have no happy ending when the trust has been broken and patience runs out.

There isn't much you can do, just do the usual stuff but lay off the texts/calls if you're already doing that too much. You have your own life where you are and so does she. When she isn't calling or texting you, it does not mean she doesn't miss or love you anymore.
