So Over the past 2 years, I've known this russian girl who I have worked with, but never paid much attention to her, until I broke up with my ex (Who also worked with me at the same place the russian did) because I was joining the military.
My ex ended up quitting the job, and It left me alone with this russian gal. Her and I became much closer, and soon we were texting eachother all the time. Soon I was bringing her flowers to work, going to church together, and I was bringing her lunch. All seemed to go well, until I left for the military.
She has all of a sudden told me that she thinks of me as a friend, and that we wouldent work out because im in the military, and I will never be home. She also says that A relationship wouldent work because Im use to having sex in relationships, and she would be boring because she wants to wait until marriage. So she insists on being friends....

We talk on a daily basis, and say good night to eachother an such. If I dont text her within a 24 hour period she is usually asking me if im Ok, or how am I doing. Her sister has even commented on how much she likes me in the past, and that I was a good guy to her.....even all of her friends would harass her about having my last name.....

She is a Virgin, and has only had one relationship when she was 18 several years ago....I ask her if she's afraid to date and she says she is, but insists on being friends and tells me "I will find a good girl".

It is possible she disapproves of your military involvement. In any case, if I were you, I would try to move on. She doesn't sound like a good investment of your emotions with her current state of mind.
