I picked the name Sandpiper by flipping through a bird book. I don't know anything about the bird. I didn't even read the description of it in the bird book. I couldn't decide on a screen name, so I pick up my mom's bird book and flipped through it at random. I just happened to stop at the page on Sandpipers. The name sounded good, so I used it.

Yeah it's all about turning around the negatives that you are in the way you are thinking. Start building on the positives and stick to routines to enable them. Eventually over many years you will come out of this if not sooner. Just set some goals and really try to turn around what you don't like about your life right now. It can definitely be done, it just takes small steps and from the sounds of it you are very overwhelmed. Be happy with yourself in the small steps you take and it will eventually snow ball.
