I think some pest control stations deal with lizards, call them up, they should fix this for you.

Thanks ALOT LW, that's going to give me nightmares now.

No, the centipede was about as long as my finger and it was the kind with those really hairy legs. It saw me coming and made a break for it up the side of the tub and out the door all like, "Later bitches!" I ran after it and squished it with a paper towel.

Now if I saw a centipede like the one in that vid, I think I'd have to move out.

If you tell me that beast is from australia I am going to be very upset.

I bet its from the Amazon, tho. They have some big-ass bugs there.

I wish it was from Australia. I've seen them about that big in the Midwest.

You know something though? It's not the size that freaks me out; it's the stealthiness and the venom.

Some of you are afraid of harmless pests, as much as I fear the mountain lions I see occasionally.

We had 3 bears in our neighbours garbage last week. They are regulars around here this time of year, I see them all the time on my walks. So are cougars (mtn lions) & coyotes. Its a regular Wild Kingdom in the Vancouver burbs.

We could be living in the same neighborhood! When we first bought our house, they killed a cougar a couple of blocks from here in someone's back yard. We've also had bears walking around the elementary school in the early evening. Of course, as our city grows, these encounters become more infrequent.

I feel ashamed of thinking bad about something and stirring my self up about something I shouldn't have.

I sometimes think our imagination is our worst enemy.

Today started out well with meeting up with a girl real briefly, good lectures and a fun workshop.

Was going to meet the girl later but turns out she had other plans, which was okay, but then I crashed quite badly while on my way home by bike and that messed up one of my wrists so that I wont be able to use the set of dumbbells I bought yesterday.

    **** today...
