Love or Lose?

I've been so indecisive and just curious of what you guys think here.

When I say "I love you" and the female would say "I love you" back, is this a good sign or a normal sign?

Started off as friends we would actually say it before.

I noticed before she would say it in a brotherly term but now she would say it with my name after.

Sweet, now I'll be back looking for a next target since she hates me.

Just curious if the love is a different kind of love, so I thought I would get second opinion here.

Sorry I wasn't so describtive on the first post. I'll try my best on the second topic I'll post!

Oh yeah, I guess it's better to mention that she would call almost every single night to talk.
Before, she would ocasionally call but lately it has been getting consistent. Also nowadays, she gives me a heads up if she can't call by IM/text. Also eventhough we saw each other a day or two, I would actually say I missed her and she would say she misses me too.

Would a "good friend" be doing those to the point of where she's at?

Do you want to date this girl? If so, just point blank ask if she wants to make it more than a friendship. Then you'll know how she feels.

I would say before, the relationship was more of a family feel as she says it with a "brother" at the end.
Nowadays she would just say it with my name at the end.

One time I talked to her about another girl and I feel like she was upset by her tone of voice as she said "I'll just talk to you later so you can call her".

I have no idea if I really wanted to date this girl. Just want to see how things go.
