Actually, no. They don't necessarily use condoms. Nor are they tested once a month. In sane countries where prostitution is legal that may be the case, but if you're from the US, and I'm assuming you are, that isn't true at all.

Were you to ask something along the lines of "Hey, I'm dating a 'working girl' and I want you to support me and make me feel good about it", I'm sure some of the responses might have been different.
