i think i'm high on tylenol and red bull.

lilwang, you wait until you get older. that 20 beer a day habit will not be so easily tolerated by your body.

No links that I can think of, but I'll throw some thoughts your way

If you over sleep your body temperature takes longer to climb to normal making you drowsy for several hours after waking. In fact you body temperature may not climb to its peak at all, so you may feel lethargic all day. This is because excess melatonin that has been released by keeping your eyes closed for a long time does not dissipate quickly leaving you feeling drowsy and drained of energy.

Also you may find this information related to sleep of interest

Ussually it's the quality of sleep not the quantity that's important.

In that case, I better grab a midnight snack and go to bed!

**** sleep. I can sleep when I am dead. There's no way I'll be able to sleep tonight.

Whoohoo! I did get to bed at a decent time last night... from 10pm until about 2 in the morning... then I couldn't fall back asleep. So I watched a bunch of retarded stuff on Youtube until about 6 in the morning, tried to take a quick nap, before getting ready for the trip to the dentist. No luck, so I just got out of bed, took a shower and made breakfast.

Now I am ****ing tired. Today I am going to try and rough it out and stay up until about 10pm. If I can do that, then I'll be back on a normal sleeping habit again.... so hard to keep the eyes open!

Have you tried to stop wanking?

Well, it seems you are just... bored, too bored to get tired enough to have a good sleep afterwards.

    Re-activate your schedule.

    I love the Beatles.

Oh Tedel, you're such a kidder For the record I wank very randomly. Sometimes three times a day, sometimes not for 3 days.

I think something that will help my schedule is to be 10 times more physically active, and eat a shit ton of food. For example, today for breakfast, I had two ham sandwiches, made with toasted wheat bread and a pound of ham. For lunch, after the dentist, I had no choice and I had to eat at McDonalds. I do like their french fries, but that is not the healthiest thing in the world to eat, obviously. So I had a large fry and two burgers.

Right now I am pretty damn hungry. Not sure what I am going to eat yet. Still fighting the battle of sleep... but it is 5 o clock here... that means only 5 more hours of suffering, until I can hit the hay. I did get a quick nap in today though.

oVERSLEEP can cause headache and the best time to sleep is 9-10pm if you stay in the bed ove 8am...the more you would feel the pain and would want to stay more in bed.

Well, I've got a really well-lit room that Im renting (big window and skylight, both facing north) so my sleep cycle at least works moderately well with the natural light and going to bed around around 10-12, waking up between 7-9.

Im probably stuck in too much of a routine though, even if I wanted to I can't sleep for longer than 10 AM, even if I need it.
