OMG CAM you are so right. It is not uncommon to experience sex accidents coming to the ER. The doc and nurses will help but afterwards they have some interesting stories to tell (of course following privacy laws when they do so).

Actually, my medical books say that anal sex is NOT a cause of rectal prolapse... not that I'd take the chance... it seems counterintuitive. Maybe it depends on how big the penis is?

I have heard about the tampon thing several times too.

I glanced medical articles stating that fecal incontinence is not necessarily caused by anal sex but damage to the sphincter can lead to prolapse(usually due to putting big things in it and anal fisting or whatever it's called) but I am not 100% sure. I didn't read the research completely but I have had locals say the same thing that you stated. It happens enough for me to not take a chance...not that I want to anyways
