I had finally gotten to the point to where I wasn't angry at her so much as I was at the situation. And then today happened. I'm not in the mood to get into it right now, but she definitely increased that anger and hatred by extraordinary amounts.

One thing that I find very helpful is volunteering my time to various organizations/programs.

A fling or flirt friend is good too as long as she knows you are not serious at all. And it doesn't have to involve sex.
