2) Why was it set up? What is the story behind its conception?

depends who you ask, as a biology nut i would tell you that evolution created man, who had large enough skull to accommodate brain with enough area to figure out to invent the internet which then led to a surge in information and user interactivity, which then ultimately led to the creation of loveforum.net

Eco, Randy Pausch's rise to fame and subsequent demise occured over the last year. LF started up around eight years ago, when Mr Pausch was enjoying full health as an obscure computer science professor.
