thinking about recommending LF to my friend

I feel like my best girlfriend could benefit from being part of this community. I've been thinking about recommending LF to her. I don't know if she's the internet forum type though.

What do you guys think? Is this a good idea or would it cause draaaaama?

draaaaama's good, bring IT ON, hehe. If you're comfortable with it, then why not... would most likely be fun for both of you.

What if you get mad at her? Who will you complain to?

Haha! That's what I was thinking. We could have a fallout and drag it all over the forums. Or if someone flamed her, I'd probably want to come to her defense.

Maybe there is something good about keeping my personal life and this place separate.

May cause awkwardness in the friendship... but it will also prevent you from getting too personal on this forum.

    You decide

I disagree, Doppel. I think it would make me take things MORE personally. I would be protective of her because she's my really good friend.

But its just a forum. Although it would improve the inner circle and it could be harder for newcomers.

And protective of what? You fear that people, like me, are going to hurt your little friend and tramp on her?

I don't see the problem, it's just another person. She'd might resent the whole "go on the internet for relationship stuff" idea though. I know I'd might have.

    I'll be nice, I promise.

If you two are that close, it could be a good thing if you're both here. You 2 could grow even closer. That's if you want her to know some of the more personal details of you life?

Is your friend hot and single like you? If yes, then you have no choice but to bring her here

She is hot and single, but cougar-aged as well.

LF needs more girls in the 17 - 22 age range. We use to have Steve2004 and Tiay and both were super hot, but they don't post anymore

Not unless they can type out full words in proper English and have something to contribute to conversations.

I don't know about inviting your friend on here, SB. From what I've seen it seems better to keep LF seperate from your personal life.

My fiance knows I go on here, but I wouldn't want him to join....I do mention him sometimes, and I also wouldn't want him to take people's comments to me the wrong way. I prefer to keep my friends ignorant of LF completely. That way if I'm pissed at them and I want to talk shit, I have a place to vent.

In the end, it's your choice....but I would say don't bother, unless you're sure that there'd never be an issue between you two.
