Broke up 2 days ago... really worried about her..

I dont see the harm in seeing her one last time, if she wants the closure. Not being able to see you or communicate with you is just making her want to see you more than ever.

What exactly are you afraid will "relight" if you see her again? You obviously recognize that the relationship wasn't good, and as much as she cries and threatens, she probably realizes it, too. She's in shock right now.

Her actions are definitely over the top, though..

I don't think a visit will be a good idea, actually. She will likely lose it.

If she insists, and you cave, however, make sure you meet in a *public* place. Do not let her stay over or anything.

Doesn't she have any friends or family she can turn to?

If you can handle it, I think you can do a gradual no contact type thing by phone. Be kind to her. Listen to her rant, but only for a set amount of time (15 mins?), then made up a valid-sounding reason you need to go. Tell her she can call you any time & that you are prepared to listen. Let her leave voice msgs (after the 3rd time or so, don't pick up right away) and then call her back after an increasing amount of time (hours, 1/2 day, next day, next 2 days, 1 week, etc). This way, she will get used to the idea of you not immediately being there for her.

This gal sounds a bit unstable so you can wean her gently from you (if you care). Otherwise, if this is too much work, just go no contact & she'll eventually get the idea. Which way you choose is largely to do with how much you care and who you are as a person.
