he didn't want to have sex?

so for some reason, for the first time since our relationship has begun, my boyfriend didn't want to have sex with me.
he didn't actually say this but he was not enjoying my kissing his ear or anything along those lines in the morning, just wanted to sleep, even though he had already gotten up and i said he could sleep in a bit. long story short he didn't want to.
reason this is strange is because he ALWAYS wants to, and has commented on how he always wants to and usually does something about it even if i'm not in the mood.
should i be worried about this one time thing? i know he was tired stressed and grumpy but is this an omen of things? like his losing interest?

he might literally be tired and too stressed. but tbo you need to wait a little while to see for sure, tbo sounds normal, i wouldn't necessarily recommend discussing it, he may feel humiliated.

i did NOT plan on discussing it, more just wanted to know if that was normal for someone who ALWAYS seems to want to go. it's only been a one time thing, i may have over-reacted, i just am not sure if i should've found any hidden meaning in it

Nah. There will be occasional nights that my man will just fall asleep without wanting anything. I don't take it personal. He's just tired.

Now if you were having this problem consistently, I would be more concerned about it. Sometimes people's sexual urges go in waves, too though. So a bit of a dry spell doesn't always mean 'something's wrong'.
