"best" way to break up with you?

I think a lot of people don't think about this because break ups are uncomfortable experiences most of the time.

Suppose your in a relationship with a guy who you love and feel really strongly for. If it were inevitable that he was going to break up with you, what is the most respectful and least hurtful way he could do so?

Make it about the facts, whatever they are, don't try to comfort her because you're removing yourself from the position of "comforter" and cut contact. None of that "let's be friends" bs.
