You need to distract yourself from these emotions until they diminish. And they WILL if you let them.
I suggest a very physically demanding job or hobby.Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

go hiking, go running, get into an activity that you enjoy... hang out and spend a lot of time with friends... i know it's hard, be strong you can get over her eventually...

Actually, in my case, I wrote a whole damn book about it, where I showed off my sensitive and intelligent side and all that, and then threw this unpublished manuscript around as a way to pick up girls. ...And it actually worked!
...Of course, singing your broken hearted songs at an open mic night works even more quickly and doesn't take as much effort.
