I get dizzy too really easily.

And lately I have been having this really stange feeling like there is a motor inside me thats humming and some kind of strange vibrating vibe reaches through my whole body, also causing dizzyness.

I noticed i got this after i stopped taking Sertaline. Is it caused by this?

Did you stop it abruptly or taper off over a few weeks? Dizziness and sexual dysfunction are common with abrupt discontinuation.
