It means exactly what it is... he likes you, a little. This can be construed as he thinks your attractive.. a little. He wants to have a relationship with you... a little.

It basically means hes not head over heels for you, which isn't bad. He was honest with you, I'd say the ball is in your court. You can be the forward one and ask HIM out, and see where things go from there, or you can back away...

If I were you, and you really like this guy, then go for it!

I dont think you should go for it just yet unless you feel confident that he will say yes.

You should try to get to know him a little better and try and become closer to him then maybe a week down the road see where things are and if it is the right time to ask.
