Clitoral Vibrators or any (!) kind of vigorous stimulation (think jets, shower...) may cause your clitoris to become less sensitive. In extreme cases like with horseback riding or biking the clitoris becomes completely insensitive to touch.
Also, there are two types of orgasms - vaginal and clitoral. While the clitoral is quite easy to achieve during masturbation and oral sex, vaginal can only be achieved through sex (or with any other device that imitates the penis). The latter is a lot more powerful and pleasurable and women should not under any circumstances give up on it just because they can climax more easily by clitoral stimulation.
