I finally start my Phase 2 real estate course next week, after waiting for a month preparing
my notes and looking over the workbook, so I'd know what to expect when I take it in-class.
P.S. It'll be for 2 weeks, with each class being 7 hours long.

Finally found a dance partner, that I can practice with on a
consistent basis during weekends ( she's polish too ).
P.S. She's quite new to some of the dances, but she's eager to
learn them, so we'll see how the chemistry is after a few lessons.

My birthday was last weekend. This month I am preparing to leave for Europe. I'm in constant contact with my banker and school officials. I am registering for courses to take overseas and I am studying my ass off to finish all my schoolwork early.

I leave for Europe at the end of the month and I won't be back for a half year.
