Nice guys finish last... If at all. I'm not that nice of a guy and seem to have no problem attracting women. I'm not a jerk by nature it just seems thats what women respond too. Why is that? I'd prefer to be the nice guy but that doesn't seem like what you ladies want.

Im a guy, but i have noticed this aswell. women often respond not to 'jerks' and not even'bad boys' .. they respond to spontanaeity and to guys who take chances... but the run of the mill 'jerk' will get nowhere with any self respecting woman... you can be the nice guy .. listen to women .. enjoy their company and respond and relate to what she says .. but being spontaneous, fun and slighlty 'dangerous' (if it is the right word), together with listening to her is a winning combination. and to be honest, by being yourself you'll most likely find that you are all of these things in one way or another.

If you can be an asshole in my defense, you'll have been nice and jerky all at the same time, and I'll fall at your feet. How about that? Be tough in defense of weaker and smaller creatures.
