How did you manage to trace him down Billy?

Simple. I ussually dont give away my secrets, but why not. This one needs proof.

I downloaded the database file from this webserver and scrolled thru it for his user account. In his table for his user account hold an IP address that he is at - Only Administrators of this site can see everyone's IP's.

I then used a trial version of NeoTrace I just downloaded from download.com to trace his IP.

Neotrace is NOT one of the applications that I use at home, so I was unable to pinpoint him. But I did pinpoint his ISP's Long/Lat, Address, Phone#, etc etc. It is USA.

Then I placed two and two together - Korea DOES NOT have a ISP that is based in America. Its impossible. LOL

Maybe the guy lives in Yongsan, but is in the US for a while.
He is American though, that's rather obvious.
Admit it, dude, you're American, a GI, you may work in Yongsan [in the center of Seoul, not twenty miles away...otherwise you would work in a DIFFERENT base, not Yongsan, although yes you have some logic in mentioning the name of one of the largest bases, but get it right anyway].

It could be that since the Yongsan Army Base is such a little America [only American citizens allowed on it, ****ing wankers]...that even their IP is registered as some part of the USA. Like those APO and FPO addresses are American, but like...not in the USA.
