Even the people who I know that have bi-polar disorder can't ever get their medication right. They might take it but medication definitely does not solve problems.

I would try going to a rage counseling seminar (kind of like what they do in AA only about anger). Bi-polar is mania (which is a super high) and depression. Not anger as the other pole.

I know people who are trying to get classified as something to explain why they feel the way they do. There is a musical called "next to normal" which is about a woman with bi-polar disorder and at one point she says "What if the tear isn't in my brain, but in my soul?"

The pills have replaced any kind of spiritual guidance that could just as easily pull you out of your funk. Maybe not as easily, but you would address the real issues about your anger and depression.

really, I don't want pills. I feel lonely a lot of the time because I don't know anyone has the energy to really talk to me because When i start talking about what's going on I can't stop and my brain thinks a lot faster than I can type out or say. It seems like i start to ware people out..

Yes I am working, but not everyday. I have school everyday though and that gets me pretty tired but most of the time I just can't sleep.

I'm usually up thinking a lot, and i fluctuate between 90-100 pounds

The worst part about the arrest was that I hit someone I really cared about dearly and still do. I just completely fcuking lost my head for a while and by the time i realized what had happened it was too late.

actually there was a good population of viets at my high school. i got along with them for the most part, however, i cruised with a few of them and boy have i heard stories.
