They just laid off 8 guys, 4 electricians (including a foreman), and 4 helpers because contractors aren't coughing up money.
I JUST got hired back on with them a week ago after they laid me off in March because work was starting to pick up. 2 of those helpers were laid off with me in March and just got laid off again.

Yeah, I guess I didn't update you guys, I started back with my old company last Monday.
Didn't expect to see them lay off half the majority of the boots on the ground.

No, I gave him 2 weeks notice, and even before that I told him my old company might want me back.
In fact I called him today to ask him if he needed any helpers. I'll try to pass the info along to the younger guys that got laid off.
