*in a sheepish voice* So... please inform me: what exactly does the nation (and young people in general!) do to celebrate such a memorable event? (In other words I just wanna know how big it is, and if people go absolutely crazy, take off their clothes, and make love to each other right on the street? Independance Day isn't Mardis Gras. There aren't naked people and crap, mostly just people getting together, cooking out and shooting off fireworks.

LOL ....both pretty much the same I'd say leight. Just an excuse for a big drunk fest. The fireworks are nice though. Pretty lights.....

well here in hawaii, it's all about spending the day at the beach barbqing, and drinking. later when it gets dark and everyone is well wasted, the fireworks come on. raverboy

yeah, July 4th is all about BBQing and shooting off illegal fireworks ... it was tight ... we rigged an M1000 to a rocket ... and shot in the air, flared and then BOOM!! it was sweet ... i just hate cleaning up after everyone ...
but i guess it works out with them bringing free food/fireworks over ...no autographs, please!
