For me, its both about the money and the passion. The money is important because if things get serious with him (if not then who cares, if it's just for sex or for kicks) then I need to know that this is a MAN who can take care of business and himself +1. Not a boy who I need to take care of. The passion comes in after because a man who is dissatisfied with his profession comes home in a bad mood and that makes for bad communication and eventually lots of trouble.
