so yeah... I haven't been posting as much lately b/c I've been really busy. When I'm not training clients, messing around with girls, or hanging out with friends, I'm working out. I try to hit the weights twice a day, 6 days a week and run 4 miles three times a week.

disfigure themselves? I am healthier, stronger, and more confident when I am around people. The feeling of being physically superior to others and the attention from girls is motivational in itself. I assure you I'm not disfiguring myself nor wasting my time and energy. hahaha.
