hello

you know how in a girl-guy best friend relationship, it's usually always the guy that likes the girl, and not the other way around?

Well how do you know if she likes you? In the "best friend" relationship, does the girl flirt with the guy if shes not interested in you?

so quick summary of our friendship:


1. I meet a random girl. She has a beautiful best friend. I'd think I never have a chance with her.

2. We all hang out together as a group of three.

3. Slowly it is just her and me that hang out, but occasionally as a three some.

4. She really starts wanting to hang out and talk with me more, and she always tells me how much she loves me and is her best friend. (she doesnt do this to other people)

5. the original random girl, likes me, and doesn't like the fact that the other girl and I are getting closer, and once said "why dont you guys just make out and get it over with?" (when it was just us three)

6. the beautiful girl responds with five consecutive "NO", and breaks my heart.

7. I give up all hope, but yet end up hanging out with her again.

8. everyone thinks we're dating and we get asked that because we used to always hang out at school. (this was like 2 years ago in high school, I'm in college now) Girls I ask all think that she is attracted to me but doesn't want to admit it.

9. As a three some again, the beautiful girl lectures me on how I am just a brother and how she says 'i love you' just as a brotherly way.

10. again, heart broken.

11. yet we end up hanging out somehow.

12. she showed me her boob to show a cool tanline. LOL

13. when we hang out, she likes feeling my arms and my stomach, and sometimes even my belly button. she always shows me random parts on her body

14. oh and we flirt all the time ( I didn't know, but it's what people around us say. and they get annoyed supposedly)




Next year we are going to different colleges very far away. I just want to know if she likes me. We have the summer. I was thinking maybe that she said that she likes me as a brother because she doesn't want to hurt her friends feelings. I don't know, but I've been "best friends" with her for two years and honestly I'm getting kind of sick of it. I don't know why I spend so much time with her, if it's never going to go anywhere. I mean I like her company but if all we're gonna do is just hang out and do the same thing every time and this will go nowhere it seems like a waste of time and money. In the end, I'm just going to get mega hurt because of some guy or something and I don't want to deal with that.
