Tips for a blocked nose???-can't breath!

Anyone here got any tips for getting rid of a blocked nose? i didn't sleep a wink last night and i'm wrecked and still can't breath and can barely eat without suffocating!

Sauce pan of steaming water, lots of salt, and a towel over your head. Inhale.

After inhaling for about 5 minutes, add enough cool water to make the hot water comfortable and stick your nose in it and inhale the water into your sinuses... Spit, repeat, spit repeat.

The hot steam, water, and salt purges pretty much everything for me.

Kind of gross, but it's a staple of mine.

Blocked nose is caused by vasoconstriction.

Antihistamines are the answer as they reverse the symptoms of vasoconstriction.

I'm quite sure you can ask your local MD or Google this.

Theres a product out there. I forget the name. Its like a band aid almost where you stick it on the bridge of your nose. Its suppose to widen your nostrals so you can breath better when your sleeping.

Try some Vicks Vaporub. You can find it at any pharmacy.

I made an ex wear something similar to that. She was a snorer and I cannot sleep when someone is snoring so I basically told her that unless she fixed it we couldn't sleep together anymore. She wore it for several months, her nostrils never got bigger.
