I never thought I needed to ask before because I thought I will never be in a situation where I will switch partners frequently. But now, I think things will change for me.
How do you ask your partners to get tested before you have sexual relations with them? Will guys be offended or feel awkward about it if they were asked?

You can have some research in his past life , if You`re able to. Dunno how it is in US but I personally don`t know nobody who got some STD`s ,even if they got more partners in the past.
If You plan to have one night stands I think it`s more than impossible to get him tested before,cause simply it`s a one night stand
But if not just ask him. If he disagree then screw him and NEXXT

i agree with PP that it's a lot safer in other countries than the US. here you never know what people fuked.

there's really not much you can do besides ask them if they've been tested recently and hope they're telling the truth.

According to the Department of Health and Human Services, there are 19 million diagnosed cases of STDs in the US every year.
That's just the diagnosed cases...
And, contrary to urban legend, condoms do not stop the transmission of many STDs.
