Burnt Out Feeling from Weight Lifting

Are there any suppliments for this sort of stuff. After I do a good work sometimes I feel burnt out for several days. I dont know why its happening (it never happend befor). Maybe theres too much lactic acid build up in my muscles???? I'm eating alot of protein and all that. Taking alot of iso whey powder etc.
I want a girl who likes to talk. ......I just dont know what to say sometimes and would rather just listen.

    How much do you exercise?

You might find this link interesting but I would be careful you are not overdoing it, you don't want to burn out.

Sounds like your body needs a rest to recuperate.

You should take a week off every so many months.

You could also switch up your routine possibly. There are a few supps that help with recovery and focus. One that I take and feel is actually worth it is Jack3d made by USP labs. Jack3d contains the non essential amino acid Beta-Alanine which help buffers your ph balance. It also lacks all of the other ingredients taht arent needed unlike many other pre workout stims. Look it up do some research on your own and see what you think.

I'm impressed you know about Jack3d.

If you are feeling lethargic and have a lack of energy, you should look into your carb intake. Protein will help repair your muscle, but the carbs will provide energy. It sounds like you are carb deficient.
