I'm in big trouble I think...

At work that is. I'm not techincally allowed to have guests over at my place (I live at my work's school campus.) I had my gf over this weekend every day and tried to keep it quiet. I didn't run into anyone or think anyone heard. (and if anyone heard noise through the walls. I can say I was watching porn! lol)

So today, I get a letter in my work mail that was sent to each apartment and the residential staff saying how the school needs to be informed about guests due to security and this and that and that the policy hasn't changed but sometimes people forget. The thing is, the letter was mailed Friday, and I had my gf over Thusday and nobody saw me so could I really be the reason for the letter? I have told my boss when I was having guests over, but I didn't tell him about my gf cause I think i'd get a "no".

So anyway. This morning he sends me off to work, and later on stops in the area i'm working and asks me if i'm going to lunch soon. I said "Yeah, I guess at noon." he goes "Well, come to the office after that. I'm working on a lady's machine but i'll be back to the office by then." and walked out. No explanation of why or regarding what. USUALLY, when something like that happens, it's bad news for me. At least in the past it has been. It's been to chew me out about something. Usually i'm in the office and he goes "Hey, go close the door." and starts to wheel his office chair over. Then I know i'm fu*ked.

So, in about 3 minutes i'm heading over there. Maybe he knows that I had uninvited guests over so now because i've done it in the past, I can be fired now. I find it hard to think he really would over this, but our work/friend relationship has gone downhill recently and that doesn't help. I don't think he cares at this point to see me leave or just fire me. I wanted to leave on good terms but I can't decide 100% if that will happen. I just wonder who the hell tatled on me! I was quiet and kept my activities with her off campus and was only hear really to mess around and make some brownies and dinner one night.

This really sucks. Well, cross your fingers for me that it's not as bad as I imagine. Off I go to find out my fate here.

You know I was feeling vaguely distraught that there was no cool post about how great your weekend was. Now I will be here worrying about you.

Fingers are crossed and there is prayer from the Florida Panhandle.

Ok. I didn't get fired, but my last day is tomorrow. Let me explain.

I got ratted out by another teacher when he came into the lab today and I was on a website. My boss asked him to see how things were going with what I was working on (like a babysitter most likely) and he saw me on a website. I just prior had stopped for about 3 minutes to check something on the net and he spots me. He walks past and is like "hi there." I reply. He walks away. I go back to my job. A little while later I decide to check what I wanted to because he interrupted me and while i'm checking, he walks past the room and sees me. So then he tells my boss and I get reamed for it because he thinks I was jerking around for an hour or so because that was the gap in between when the other teacher saw me.

So I get a 2 days without pay because i've already been reprimanded for slacking before. So at the end of the day I get a call saying that the academy is on for Sunday! DAMNIT! I'm definatly not ready! I have to move out, AND I haven't been able to make my mile and a half in time. I'm still a minute under. It sucks. On the treadmill I can make it in time. On the track, it feels as though my side is going to explode.

Anyone have any advice on being able to run further and faster without alot of time to spare in training and such? Any certain foods or vitamins to take prior? (although I won't have much choice in food i'm sure at the academy)

So I tell my boss that I have to resign. We talk about it and he understands that I didn't have a choice in not having the courtesy to give him a 2 week notice. He tells me to resign tomorrow and to take the rest of the week to move and unpack. Of course I can't stay in my apartment past tonight but I don't care.

Another bit of bad luck was the promise ring I ordered was processed but later found to be out of stock. WTF? can't websites update their shit? It was a ring with her birthstone and mine together so I thought it would mean something special. On a good note, my dad is going to the camp thursday and i'm secretly coming with to surprise Betty. We talked about the odds that i'll start Sunday and Betty is ok with it because she knows we'll have weekends to spend together. She just wonders where we can go to have a little fun you know? ;-)


So i'm bummed about today. Just alot of sh*t on my plate to deal with.

In regards to the weekend. We had a wonderful time. She thought it was the most amazing weekend we've ever had. I took her to the zoo, medieval times, Chicago, the Sears tower and a romantic fondue restaurant where she said that she had the most romantic feelings me in her life and it was all for me. So good times. Oh, and good times at my apartment too. ;-)

Everyone wish me luck on Monday morning for the physical test. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. I'll need them!

What in the hell is going at work, what are these people in kindergarten? Damn Im sorry Bono...but on a lighter note, oh wait, the rings too uh? Shooot, well it will come through dont worry, things always work out in the end for the better anyway.

Ok so awesome weekend is something to hold onto while going through this shitty time right now K? Just hang onto to the positive thoughts and vibes and ALL will be ok!!
