you said that you are fine on your own, or with a toy, so this is probably not the issue but....
If you suddenly seem to be having more difficulty in reaching orgasm, and you are on the pill, you may want to look into that as a possible contributing factor. Sometimes certain hormonal combinations in pills can have that effect on women.

you have to remember that new things can bring more excitement into your sex life. maybe that's whats been the problem too, you've become rooted in this routine and you cant seem to mo0ve past it. be bold explore things you haven't as of yet. You might just be in for a big surprise. The both of you!
