Ideally you would want 1 male and XXX of females.

As long as there is one hot girl you plan on tapping by the end of the night the rest is just bonus really. But try to keep the genders even, when I have too many cute girls over, it always ends up bad, because I cannot entertain 5 overly excited girls by myself and at some point they will leave, and drag the girl I wanted with them. Wingmen are not only helpful, they are downright a necessity when there are too many girls, so don't overdo it with the females, just don't turn it into a sausage fest either.
