Hitchcock specifically:

Uhm... almost everything. Rear Window, North by Northwest, Vertigo, Pyscho... the list goes on. Man was a genius and unfortunately we won't see his like again. Not unless Hollywood crumbles and talent suddenly takes precedence over money, looks and dumbing down for the idiot masses.

The Bad Seed is one of my daughter's favorite movies. She's loved it since she was about eight.

I like the movie Laura and the Maltese Falcon.

also, a movie called "the girl on the bridge". a french movie, which use to play on IFC or sundance (i forget which one), but when i saw it the first time...i loved it. its not a GREAT movie, but if you're in the mood, its really nice... here is an awesome scene from it...
