    as for alice... i'm guessing that you don't two jobs. but enough with the crying, i'm wondering what you had to edit with your post.

    anyhow, it's been two nights since i drank, damn my withdrawls are acting up. tonight shall be a drinking night.

    sorry to interrupt the conversation, but i didn't know where else to post this.......



    i am having a HUGE cigarete craving. i think it's because i havn't stuck to my work out schedule yesterday and this morning.

    and to make things worse, i have a 'cigarete buddy' who i ALWAYS use to smoke with.... when he smokes, i'm just gonna want to do it too




    screw it, i'm gonna get a pack, and start working out again, and quit SLOWLY again...............

    well, i havn't got the pack YET. i'm in my apartment, and still debating....


    .....99.99% chance i WILL get the pack though....




    i am REALLY feeling the physical symptoms right now...

    ...just ONE puff would be so good. that's all i want, just ONE puff.....



    ...but after that cig, i'm gonna get the most GUILTY feeling






    this is tough. i think it's because i stopped working out.....

    i've been fine for an entire week while working out, and all of a sudden............ i stop working out and the cravinigs come back



    it's probably psychological... when i work out, i 'feel' mentaly healthy, and don't smoke............

    when/why did you stop to work out? and the physical health part is true, of course, i know it helps to keep your mind off cigarettes.

    Get back on your workout schedule and DON'T BUY A PACK - don't smoke at all... otherwise you'll never stop - just always use the excuse "Well this is the last pack..."

    speaking of which, so last night we went out clubbing and i had another fight with the ex. so today of course, i went to my local 7-11 before heading to work and bought a pack of cigs. marb green lights of course.

    as for the workout plans, working out is good for you. and i think that i'm starting to put on some weight with all this drinking. i'm gonna have to hit the gym again tonight.
