I feel so low

Things have been building and building and its now got to breaking point

I feel like i cant cope and im useless at everything..

In the last few weeks, my brother died suddenly, iv been cheated on..then finished with bf, I tried getting in touch with some relatives but they didnt want to know(blaming me for my dads death years ago)
My son has autism and is hard work at the best of times, his dad has now decided that his autism and difficulties are my fault and is gonna fight me for custody as im 'not a good mum' .
He's been really hard work lately and broke my finger in a rage today..im starting to think that maybe im not a good mum

I cant do the one thing i love which is long distance running (due to injury)
And to top of that i cant even do my job properly as im ill with this horrible headache.

Right now i feel so low..dont even know why im writing it here...just to rant i suppose as i just normally get on with it.

It's good to vent, helps get thing out there so you can breath for a second before you go get your stuff in order, hope everything works out for you

He has autism and gets frustrated that he cant get across things or what he wants.
He didnt do it on purpose and i meant dislocated rather than broke it.

No im not quite at that stage !!

Yes and no...my son is getting worse- well, more difficult with age, this stuff with his dad has come from nowhere..or so it seems.
I just feel like i have no one..i live in a place i dont like which isnt close to friends or my mum so i dont see them that regularly.
It just feels like im on my own and have no love from anyone(apart from my son..but even then, his autism means he doesnt show it that much) and little support.

I think its just everything got on top of me today- i'll prob be ok tomorrow, but this is the lowest ive felt in a very long time.

Get some good sleep tonight, you'll feel better. I know you just had a long day and are venting for the most part...but...you're young, don't let life box you in just yet...if you don't like where it's at, make some changes

I am making chnages..started a new job not so long ago up in the area that i wanna move back to..the downside at the moment is the distance from home to work but hopefully moving soon.

Yeh, he goes to his dads at weekends so i do get at least sometime then- but it just depends on whether i get called in to work.

I usually cope just fine really. Im just in so much pain with my head its kinda pushed me to the edge.

Ive been referred to the hospital (neurology dept) on thurs.

Doc wanted me to go yesterday but i cant really miss work til thurs.

That really IS a lot to handle. I really think you should make every effort to live closer to your mom and friends. Children with autism require so much more than unaffected kids, and you will need help.

Qwerty123, just think that there are many people out there with bigger problem than yours. Your problem can be resolved and to have a happy ending. If you believe in God don't forget that He is always there to help you. Your problem is too small compared to others. You can join the community of those people that also feel that they are neglected and feel so low.

Aside from that you can check some of the funny articles to get entertained. Spend time to other things. You can check some of my blogs too. Always smile! God bless!

Yes thanks for that- i realise there are people alot worse off than me in life.
My problem may be small in comparison, but nevertheless, its still my 'problem'. Im not complaining, more like having a blow off.
I dont have a religious bone in my body.
