    Maybe I wasn't explicit enough (for anyone still reading):

    I don't care if anyone thinks I'm a guy. LOL. Except in an interesting 'hmmm' about gender stereotypes sort of way. My ego will survive this slight.

    The biggest help for me has been watching my calories. I've been doing that since the end of August and have lost almost 20 lbs. :-D

    Check out exercisetv.tv They have a lot of free video's you can watch and find something that works for you and they have arm stuff up there. Oh and there's a girl on Youtube I am subscribed to and she has intense workout video's if anyone is interested.

    I think well balanced diet is the key to be fit and fine. Well balanced means diet containing all the nutrients.
