    my ankle is swollen too..and my feet arent as big as the pic looks like, im a uk6.
    It still wont fit in any shoe, but i think the swelling is less than yesterday.

    erm well i can put weight on it while im stood still (enough to balance myself) but have resorted to hopping...i should add that i have a low pain threshold!

    I cant go get it checked til at least the end of the day..have loads of work to do.

    well its loads better..i still cant put weight on it but its not throbbing constantly.

    I wouldn't get too terribly worried about it. I jumped out of a tree and dropped 6 feet, barefoot, onto an exposed root. It hurt so bad that the weight of a bed sheet on it was intolerable pain for me.

    A really bad sprain like you probably acquired hurts more than a broken ankle, but has mostly the same symptoms. The best thing for mine was one of those snazzy wooden sole, handicapped looking shoes. For whatever reason it helped the pain of putting weight on it.

    I pretty much became a pro one foot hopper for about a week. I got so bored I started doing freestyle hopping.

    Im pretty sure its just a sprain..i just dont like pain
