    Muscle fever

    I have terrible DOMS after doing some exercises . My bf said I should finally start some sport so we did two days ago some... I mean he was standing by and telling me what to do, so I did few things and now it`s like daaamn. I can`t move. I have terrible pain in my belly and neck. I`ve read that people who didn`t do sport since a long time can have this pain even till 5 days. Sooo it`s second day, still 3 days to go. Has anybody here some tip how to get rid of those aches? It`s really disturbing...

    haha, I love that feeling after a big workout!

    Exercise more..something not to strenuous- should loosen you up a bit.

    PP, for me a sauna always feels good, or hot tub. Failing that, hot showers will keep your muscles loose. Better still, A sauna, some sex, a drink or two, then more sex then sleep.

    sex - checked
    sauna etc can`t be cause I was doing it at home and only thing I have is shower and bath... I still wait for something which will really work out. I can`t even laugh normally, when I do I must look like a retard. :/

    Thanks for advice (about practising more etc) but shit already happened and I need some help now :/

    I kinda can`t sit or stand straight and it`s like impossible to do any exercise now . You know it hurts so much that I need to walk or sit or lay in a gorilla position.

    Wow you probably did too much, too soon. I agree... take a hot bath with Epsom Salt or some sort of Bubble Bath with Vapors. Get the BF to rub you down. You need some TLC.

    The reason I said sex is that A) it's fun, but also B) it uses different muscles. Take hot baths, with epsom salts will help loosen tight muscles.

    What is epsom salt... I don`t have that at home and it`definately too late to go to buy it... Another tip. Go go go brainstorm

    PP, Epsom salts is a crystaline substance that disolves in hot water. It is used for a number of things, reducing swelling, retard infection, soothing muscle strain, and many more. Look on line, there are many sites that can give you way more info than I can. You can usually buy it at any druggist or pharmacy, many grocery stores also carry it.

    You're out of shape, pappi. Your muscles are adjusting to a larger workload. Make sure to stretch out before you do any exercise. Try taking a warm bath or have your boyfriend give you a warm oil massage.

    I did stretching ,but since You can`t actually stretch Your belly ,this is where it hurts the most. I mean now it`s 3rd day and it`s already fine.

    I did move the fluid I went to the shop and was cooking yesterday, today I`m going to clean up a bit, but like already said, I woe up today and the pain is pretty smaller,actually I can live with that.

    But I also decided to do more sport from now on... I didn`t realize that when I was still at school those one or two hours per week of sport was actually a lot for my body, because now it`s so bad after few simple exercises ... Because I exercised for like 15-20 min and as I didn`t feel nothing then, the days after were killing me. I also want to have nice belly for the next summer :p
