    No spare tires allowed!

    Guys, I am 43 years old and my last visit to the doc he said "you have the body & health of an 18 year old"

    Work out every day, eat very healthy, drink only warm water and herbal teas instead of coffee etc.

    Eat right and pursue the healthy life. Don't let old age get you!

    Whether it's 50 crunches every other day or?

    keep it up and live a long and healthy life!



    Trust me, you will thank yourself later!

    Where do you find the time with all of your other activities and running your own martial arts studio. It's really amazing.

    The funny thing is, we'll probably out live you..some bus will run over you or your plane will go down one day, ha ha..

    Just kidding, but seriously, I try to lead a healthy lifestyle myself, then I was thinking..I am an organ donor. I'll probably end up dieing early through some freak accident and some drunk (raver) will end up getting my perfectly healthy and unused kidneys and some smoker will get a good pair of lungs..ha ha.

    Honestly, it's good to keep the body healthy and feeling good, but it's different for everyone. For some the effort is too much..if you enjoy coffee or alcohol or smoking or vegging..whatever..if that makes you happy..you've been informed and it's your decision. Quality of life doesn't mean the same thing for everyone, so I say do what makes you happy, being concious of the physical effects of your lifestyle and decide what you want to do...everyone's limits will be different.

    haha i probably have the liver that you should have. i used to smoke often however i quit. but i drink almost every other day. the good thing is that i exercise. not recently because i messed up my shoulder at the gym, however i run about every other day as well.

    WOW....nice job....i am 38 and very fit...but i do drink *miller lite rocks* and i jog every day, lift 2 times a day, along with proper nutrition i have reached my goal of 13% body fat ...

    miller lite?? ewwwwwwwwww.. .heinekens all for me.

    as for nomas.. actually i'm pretty healthy. that's probably because i'm still young, and my blood vessles are still able to pass all the cholestrol that passes through them.

    Surprisingly enough, the souls of the indignant have a very low calorie count so I consume all I wish.
