i am a 17 year old boy that has not had a girlfriend or kissed a girl before, i want to but im far too shy and dont have much confidence, i have also only talked to a few girls from school.
How can i boost my confidence?
How can i be more attractive?
Where are good places That i can meet more girls?

Let's see a picture maybe a few pointers on your hair/ clothing might help you at least appear more attractive.
Places to meet girls:
-join a hobby or sport you like and not a man only sport.
-take a class that interestes you.

You are already in highschool. you don't need to look further for girls. you have plenty of them around you. and yes.. smell good, change your clothing style, fix your hair differnlty.. get into activities.. it'll be hard at first to make the transition, but you'll soon get a hang of it.. take it easy and be yourself. don't forget, don't be someone you are not. just bring different sides of yourself out..
