How can you tell if a girl likes you if shes just flirty all the time. As in she has a flirty personality. Are There any signs to look for?

Girls are naturally flirty, attractive girls will naturally flirt with anything that moves.
What you should do is ask her out, then if she says no call her a lesbian.
Why ? It will make you seem manly to her friends. Secondly, it will make her hate you, and therefore make you hate her, relieving and ill feelings or feelings of regret.
Girls are simply not worth worrying about. Let them get to 26,27, 28 29 and then when you have oodles of money, they can worry about you.

only full proof way I know of is to see how she interacts with other guys. Friends, random strangers, doesn't matter - as long as their males.
Girl68 also has another point, if it's driving you bananas its probably a game for her and she's holding all the marbles.

From what I have learned in these posts recently, ignore her! it will drive her nuts if she is interested in you - its amazing what people will do when they are losing something.
